Custom Formulations
Production service is available for either duplication of existing products or new formulations. Single or combination formulations are available for all vitamins, minerals, food supplements, herbal extracts, amino acid, and related health products.

Finished products can be shipped to you in bulk or packaged to your specifications.

Standard packaging includes white polyethylene or amber polystyrene bottle, rayon coiler to keep the pills snug, heat seals, smooth or ribbed cap, neck seal, application of your label and the expiration date and lot number printed on neck of the bottles when products are running in automated packaging lines.

Low Minimum Order

Our minimum orders are the lowest in the industry: 10,000-15,000 capsules/softgel capsules from each of our stock items, 50,000 regular/ vegetarian capsules for custom formulation. The minimum order of powder blend is 100 kg for custom formulation. (Note: Minimum quantities of custom products may vary depending on the type of raw materials and number of ingredients included.)

Quality Assurance
Our manufacturing facility is in strict compliance to GMP standards regulated by Health Canada (Site License No.300391). Every batch of raw material is tested by independant third party laboratories prior to production. This ensures the highest quality source of supply. 
During the production process, we sample the products (20 capsules) every 30 minutes or after quantity intervals to ensure the weight variation will not exceed 7.5% (USP+10%).
Microbial tests, disintegration and content uniformity of the finished products are tested at in-house laboratory.
Our dedicated quality control system ensures that all products we make meet or exceed our customers’ specifications.
